7. Apexis Crystal "Assault" Rare Elites! (ilvl 44 Gear!!)


There actually exists quite more gear than the guide under this part has included. I myself found out this at 2 locations alreadyso if someone has a more complete list that would be nice. Still it is only the rares that count towards the assault quest so you can't just list all rares in a zone.

Edit: After doing some research it seems there are only couple rares that count towards the assault and which aren't listed in the guide but I found out that https://www.wowhead.com/npc=81639/brambleking-fili#drops drops his weapon as a ilvl 44 for lvl 10s and in wowhead he is not listed to count towards the assault so I don't know if this is because of a mistake made by wowhead or if all rares in the assault zones actually drop higher ilvl gear without being included in the higher lvl assault quest.

Yeah, so of the guides I've found there seems to be missing quite a few rares here and there which is quite unfortunate. I've considered making my own guide that is up to date, it'll just take some time. But yea definitely missing a few, which I'll make a note of.

Hey mate! It seems that all the relics i get for my artifact only gives +1 item level. Am i doing something wrong ?

What level is your toon? And where are you getting your relics from quest or dungeons? At level 19 uncommon (green) should be +4 ilvls, rare (blue) should be +5 ilvls, and epic should be +6 ilvls. Hopefully, this helps you!

The heirlooms you buy from with 7th legion service medals are ilvl 58 and dont scale down when you send them to a lower level toon

Update #2: Revised the garrison section to clarify you can only get gloves and a ring from the garrison mission. Other items have a level requirement.

Feels like agility is just fucked. Only 1 ring, and it's on a rare we can't get to. Two daggers, but 1 of them is on a rare we can't get to. Leather bracers guy hasn't spawned in over 4 years.

Its a lvl 10 twink mage. Even a purple relic was +1 item lvl :/ i've only gotten from quests. The ones in the dungeon journal on boss loot is +1 as well ?

You can get a ilvl 40 ring from teh draenor garrison mission so you only really need one ring from the rares.

And you can drag him out of the phase.

Which of the rares in talador are possible to drag out of the phase? I've managed the str and agi rings but unsure of the others. Btw the twink just has to tag the mob and the 50 kills it. You will be mailed the loot.

Yeah I made a 10 just to see if it showed the same for me now and it did. I will know assume the initial +14 (nerfed to +5) now +5 seems to be GFd as well for 10s! +1 seems to be the new increase of Artifact for 10s. Not sure about 19s, but for 20s its still +5

Second: 9. Apexis Shard Unique-Equip Gems (Burning Crusade)

Me and a friend managed to pop the Vendor for the Gems, the invasion suddenly just started while we were farming Apexis.
NOTE: The Vendor only spawns for 1min so be fast with buying your Gems!

My question is now, how its possible to let the second vendor with the 5% stun reduction and INT Gems spawn? After the first vendor dissapeared (after one minute) - nothing more happened....

I was planning on keeping that a secret for a while, can you escape Mardum as a level 8/10? What's also nice to note that 1/6 they are ilvl 45, so they're still pretty good unupgraded

i think the 5% buff applies with lvl 27 or something

Confirmed. My current 24s are unaffected by wearing different armor types, but my 27s gain a 5% mainstat bonus (whichever is considered mainstat for your class and spec i.e. int, str, or agi) when wearing all of the correct armor type.
[doublepost=1603145292,1603145020][/doublepost]Quick note on the Aether-Tech Adept and Aether-Tech Master (the source of the unique-equipped unscaled gems), I believe you need to do this quest to be able to phase into the once-every-two-hours (I believe) assaults. Things may have changed here in ShadowLands, but missing that quest messed up a lot of people before SL.

My experience with these NPCs was quite different. The vendors stayed until the main event person was killed. I was able to get all the way until the last boss( the one that spawned the Aether-tech master who sells the meta gems) but I was unable to solo the final boss.

I believe 15 is the lowest level you can get out of the Demon Hunter starting zone, but that being said those are still pretty good weapons.

I had done no prior quest and was flown out to this spot on a second account and the event spawned shortly after being there, but then it didn't spawn for another 3-4 hoursof watching the spawn point. Maybe the quest helps prompt the event?
