Great guide! Very informative and a really enjoyable read, too. (Although blood elf warriors are also quite cool, but whatever. Agree dwarfs of all types are the masters of this game.)

 

YEAH SO COOL THEY WERENT EVEN ORIGINALLY AN OPTION....

Dwarves really pull off the plate armor visual. Most important determining factor for sure.
(gotta give tauren/orc props on that too tho)

 

Orcs have gigantically oversized shoulder armor, so that promotes a visual of power. Tauren too, to some extent.

Dont wanna derail the guide, but I guess it cant hurt to give visuals too.

They do wear it well, IMO... plus dwarves can be horde yet so we cant all be R1 plate.

 

Not a big fan of of humans, lightforged and worgen being undervalued by casual content and low level bg/non rated players , twink or otherwise, especially on certain specs that can take alot of advantage out of them.

Both pandaren and elf's shadowmeld aren't getting enough attention either.
Would love to see more effort and strategy put in instead of bandwagoning and fotm guide followers.

 

As can be said and should be done for everything else, including any impactful burst and cooldown. The utility it provides in key moments when it matters is highly undervalued.

Point 2. to be considered, in a casual and solo queue especially in this bracket that you are writing a guide for not many people will pay attention to these things. The majority of people in our bg will either be low effort or tunelvisioning whatever they're up to or casual levelers who dont even notice half of the important stuff. That has been pretty obvious for me thus far, especially on my worgen warrior i can almost count on my fingers when my speed buff has not been fully utilized its entire duration. Many things that are rock paper scissors on a forum here slide in real time bgs.

That part is a bracket wide observation and a general comment.

People do not like to hear a negative comment but there is a general lack of strategic thought process across the board.
Alot of people are happy to follow a guide to a . and roll an easy or over-performing combination of class/race and chase an easy high stomping the opposition. The general lack of awareness and strategic approach by many twinks ive encountered thus far has been pretty evident.

My comment that i am not a big fan of how some things are when it comes to a big portion of the players stands, with reasons.

 

Not on the forum, there's plenty of smart players who write guides and theorycraft.
Battlegrounds that we speak of here right now on the other hand have a vast majority of people who put close to no thought behind covering their and their teams weakneses, objective and meta play, and everything else that makes a competetive or decent game apart from dmg and kill meter position on the list.

Not queuing with people you can confidently rely on is more often than not very disappointing.
Most games at least in EU i've played right now and before have been one sided stomps that shouldnt have been if there was at least some organisation on the opposite side. There havent been many good games with close calls and good play.

I have my fair share of games when i go ape and screw around for fun or push the personal score when i feel like it. I'm not preaching shit. But the general feel of the games is not high quality. Dunno if you understand.

 

There's nothing personal, dunno if you saw the 2nd point that i wrote before writing your own comment but i strongly believe and i have personally saw that there is a big lack of awareness and willingness to counter these things.

Most of the time most of us will solo queue and most of the time many things will slide in real "life" that are paper rock scissors in theory. The written strengths and weaknesses matter little when you can get away with stuff freely due to the low quality on the other side. You're expecting too much from people in your guides.

2nd thing to consider is utility (worgen sprint for example) even in high lvl play, there are many times when it can and does shine, especially in objective related moments.
