And my achievements on this account may say other than the truth. Don't judge someone's knowledge just because there are not achievements showing it - several people use different accounts - maybe I am one.
I can search any random RBG video on Youtube and then find a Twink pre-made and easily see there are different levels of skill on both videos.

You really think 16,000 achievement points is a hard feat? It is not hard at all - it just takes time. Go and try it yourself sometime.
You could go from 5,000 achievement points to ~12,000+ in less than a month if you're achievement whoring nowadays.

It's ALWAYS how it has been done. It's NOT hard to gear your toon. It IS however hard to win a game when half your team doesn't have enchants. Not only hard, but damn near impossible. At that point you're just relying on luck and poor decision making on your opponents behalf. People don't play 19s to be competitive? Competitiveness was the only thing keeping the bracket alive at some points.
