It's not like one person just removes the undergeared players, you need a certain amount of reports to instantly kick them. You could see it as a democratic decision to put the team over the individual.

It's like a bunch of sheep following a Shepard's lead to kick under geared players. Sometimes its better to have under geared players then geared players that mess around in the gulch!
 
I don't know who told you the fairy tale about those undergeared players actually being good. They are just as bad as their gear in most cases. I'd kick an undergeared player who is probably awful to make room for a geared player any day.

If peopled kicked you back when you started twinking, would you be in the position you are in today? Kicking pugs / new players will kill the bracket in the end.
 
Elitists isolate and cannibalize the foundations of growing "community" - a word I hear alot in these forums... but honestly it sounds disingenuous in most cases.

Step up. Tell the new undergeared guy his gear sucks and where to get better. WTF else are you doing waiting for the gate to open? It's not hard. Make a macro or two to help out nubs.

Somehow I highly doubt you guys have never reported under geared players before. Especially you living force. I've seen some serious rage come from you during good games. To say you wouldn't or haven't reported a kid giving an automatic handicap would be very surprising to me. When did we all become such hippies? I feel like I need to go turn on some care bears. I wasn't dumb when I started twinking. If I got kicked for being under geared I'm pretty sure I would have been smart enough to realize something was obviously wrong and to do some research. Most of these idiits that join don't even know how they got into the bg.

Did i say undergeared players being good, i said they have potental. And i said its better to have 1 trying to do good then a geared twink messing about.

Im not saying im a saint, but i dont just go around all willy nilly kicking people. I at least tell them what gear they need and were to go to find the info if they are going to get kicked. Yes i have gotten annoyed before for under geared people making mistakes. And may of tried to kick 1 when they messed up. But never im like 'kick this guy' or 'kick that guy' for no reason.

Most people that to make a twink arnt retarded. but the ones that are you get some help. Everyone was a noob at one point or another.

I found that it's easier to trick them.. like this.. got rid of a 700 hp mage on my team
