  • NEW Marked Shot (Level 18): Rapidly fires a shot at up to 3 targets affected by Hunter's Mark, dealing 350% Physical damage. Usable while moving. Also exposes Vulnerabilities in the target, snaring them by 15%, and increasing Aimed Shot damage done to the target by 25%. Lasts 10 sec, and stacks up to 3 times.
  • NEW Seek Vulnerabilities (Level 18): Targets hit by your Arcane Shot and Multi-Shot have a chance to be marked with Hunter's Mark.
  • NEW Sniper Training: Critical strike damage and range of all shots is increased by 5%.
  • NEW Black Arrow (Level 15): Fires a Black Arrow at the target, dealing 0 damage over 0.
  • NEW Momentum (Level 15): When any of your attacks cause a critical strike there is a chance the cooldown of Disengage will be reduced by 10%.
  • NEW True Aim (Level 15): For every successive Arcane, Marked or Aimed Shot used to attack the same target, those Shots deal 2% more damage to the target, stacking up to 20 times. Can only affect one target at a time.
  • Lone Wolf requires level 11 (from 100) and Marksmanship spec

    Survival
  • NEW Mongoose Bite (Level 18): A brutal attack, attempting to sever the enemy's limbs, dealing 350% Physical damage. Each consecutive Mongoose Bite dealt within 3.50 sec of the last will deal 50% increased damage, stacking up to 6 times.
  • NEW Hatchet Toss (Level 19): Toss a hatchet at an enemy target, dealing (10% of Attack power) Physical damage.
  • NEW Wing Clip (Level 10): Maims the target, reducing their movement speed by 50% for 15 sec.
  • NEW Improved Traps (Level 15): Reduce the cooldown of all traps by 15 sec.
  • NEW Way of the Mok’Nathal (Level 15): Attacking with Raptor Strike grants you a stack of Mok'Nathal Tactics, increasing your attack power by 5% for 8 sec. Stacks 5 times.
  • NEW Flanking Strike (Level 10): You and your pet attack the target simultaneously. You deal 250% Physical damage, and your pet deals [1.5 * (1 + (Ranged attack power * 1.632)) * 1 * (1 + $versadmg)] damage. If the target is attacking you, your pet's attack will deal 50% increased damage and threat. If not, your attack will deal 50% increased damage.
  • NEW Animal Instincts (Level 15): When you attack with Flanking Strike, you gain the instincts of your pet, providing you with a random combat enhancement.

    Beast Mastery
  • NEW Cobra Shot (Level 1): A quick shot that causes 125% Physical damage.
  • NEW Aspect of the Wild (Level 18): Increases the Critical Strike chance of all skills for you and your pet by 10%, and gain 10 Focus per sec. for 10 sec.
  • NEW Dire Stable (Level 15): Dire Beast generate 4 extra focus when they attack.
  • NEW Way of the Cobra (Level 15): For every pet or guardian you have active, Cobra Shot deals an additional 5% damage.
  • NEW One with the Pack (Level 15): The chance for Wild Call to reset the cooldown of Dire Beast is increased by 10%.

    Fire
  • NEW Hot Streak (Level 12): Getting two direct-damage critical strikes in a row will make your next Pyroblast or Flamestrike spell instant cast, and cause double the normal Ignite damage.
  • NEW Pyromaniac (Level 15): Casting Pyroblast while Hotstreak is active has a 50% chance to instantly reactivate Hotstreak.
  • NEW Conflagration (Level 15): Enemies affected by Ignite have a chance to Flare Up for 3 sec. While Flared Up, nearby enemies take 1 Fire damage each second.
  • NEW Fire Starter (Level 15): Fireball has an X% chance to chain to a nearby ignited target.

    Frost
  • NEW Ray of Frost (Level 15): Channels a ray of frost at the target, slowing the target by 30% and dealing (7148% of Spell power) Frost damage to the target over 20 sec. The damage dealt is increased the longer the ray is channeled.
  • NEW Lonely Winter (Level 15): You can no longer summon your Water Elemental, however Frost Bolt, Ice Lance and Frozen Orb deal 10% more damage. You also learn the ability to cast Freeze.
  • NEW Bone Chilling (Level 15): Whenever you attempt to chill a target, you chill yourself with a stacking debuff. The higher the debuff, the more damage all your frost spells deal, but the slower you move.

    Arcane
  • NEW Torrent (Level 15): When Arcane Barrage hits additional targets, the damage dealt to those additional targets is increased to 100%.
  • NEW Static (Level 15): Once activated, the next 4 Arcane Blasts you cast will be instant.
  • NEW Arcane Familiar (Level 15): Summon a Familiar that attacks your enemies. Familiar attacks have a chance to grant you an Arcane Charge. This companion cannot be targeted or damaged by enemies. Lasts 30 sec seconds.

Monk

  • Blackout Kick requires 1 Chi (from 2)
  • Detox requires level 22 (from 20) and Mistweaver spec

    Brewmaster
  • NEW Eye of the Tiger (Level 15): Tiger Palm also applies Eye of the Tiger, dealing 0 Nature damage to the enemy, and 0 healing to the Monk, over 8 sec.

    Windwalker
  • Fist of Fury requires level 28 (from 10)

Paladin

  • Eternal Flame requires level 1 (from 45), consumes 3 Holy Power (from 1), and replaces Word of Glory

    Holy
  • NEW Divine Intervention (Level 18): Any attack which would kill you instead reduces you to 20% of your maximum health and triggers Divine Shield. Cannot occur while Divine Shield is on cooldown or Forbearance is active.
  • NEW Holy Bolt (Level 15): Increases the damage and healing of Holy Shock by 30%.
  • NEW Crusader’s Might (Level 15): Your successful Crusader Strikes grant you Crusader's Might, increasing the effect of Lightbringer by 12%.

    Protection
  • NEW Redoubt (Level 12): Your autoattack critical strikes cause you to gain a charge of Shield of the Righteous or Light of the Protector.
  • NEW Light of the Protector (Level 12): Calls down the Light to heal yourself for 50% of your missing health.
  • NEW First Avenger (Level 15): Increases the damage of Avenger's Shield by 100%, and increases the chance for its cooldown to be reset by abilities and talents by 100%, but it now hits only 1 target.
  • NEW Day of Reckoning (Level 15): Hand of Reckoning now has 3 charges. Additionally, targets affected by Hand of Reckoning deal 10% less physical damage to you.
  • NEW Consecrated Hammer (Level 15): Your Hammer of the Righteous always gains the damage bonus of Consecration and no longer has a cooldown.

    Retribution
  • NEW Hand of Light (Level 14): Places a Hand on an enemy target, healing you for 3% each time the target takes damage, up to once per sec. If the target dies with this Hand active, you will heal for 40%. Lasts 10 sec.
  • NEW Blade of Justice (Level 16): Strikes an enemy with the Blade of Justice, dealing 135% Holy damage and generating 2 Holy Power.
  • NEW Execution Sentence (Level 15): A hammer slowly falls from the sky, causing (Spell power * 9142 / 1000 + 26.72716306 * 0) Holy damage over 10 sec, culminating in a final burst.
  • NEW Turalyon’s Might (Level 15): Flings a blade of holy light to the target location, dealing 1 Holy damage instantly and every 2 seconds to enemies within 8 yds for 8 sec.
    Re-activating the ability will cause the Paladin to charge to the blade, damaging enemies in the area for 1 Holy damage, ending the effect.
  • Final Verdict requires level 10 (from 100)

Priest

  • Flash Heal requires Holy spec
  • Power Word: Shield requires Discipline, Shadow spec and costs 3.5% of base mana (from 2.4%)

  • NEW Schism (Level 15): The final bolt of Penance creates an explosion of shadow energy around the target, dealing 1 damage to all enemies within 10 yards.
  • NEW The Penitent (Level 15): Penance may be cast on a friendly target, healing them for 0 over 2 sec.
  • NEW Plea requires (Level 7): A quick, efficient plea to heal an ally for (225% of Spell power).
  • Mind Blast (Level 18): Blasts the target's mind for (250% of Spell power) Shadow damage.

    Holy
  • NEW Holy Word: Serenity (Level 18): Perform a miracle, healing an ally for (1600% of Spell power).
  • NEW Enlightenment (Level 15): Your regenerate mana 20% faster.
  • NEW Trail of Light (Level 15): When you cast Flash Heal, s1% of the healing is replicated on the previous target you healed with Flash Heal.
  • NEW Enduring Renewal (Level 15): Your single-target healing spells refresh the duration of your Renew on the target.
  • Desperate Prayer requires level 30 (from 15) and Holy spec
  • Holy Fire requires level 12 (from 18) and Holy spec (from Holy, Discipline)

    Shadow
  • NEW Voidform (Level 10): When you reach 100 Insanity, you enter Voidform, reducing the cooldown on Mind Blast by 3 sec, and increasing your Shadow damage by 30%.
    While in Voidform, you gain 1% Haste, every 1 sec. This Haste will also persist for 20 sec after Voidform ends. Voidform causes your Insanity to constantly drain, faster and faster, until completely drained, and Voidform ends.
  • NEW Fortress of the Mind (Level 15): Mind Flay and Mind Blast deal 10% more damage and generate 20% more Insanity.
  • NEW Shadow Word: Void (Level 15): Blasts the target's mind for (220% of Spell power) Shadow damage. Generates 30 Insanity.

Rogue

  • NEW Pistol Shot (Level 11): Draw a concealed pistol and fire a quick shot at an enemy, dealing (60% of Attack power) damage and reducing movement speed by 50% for 6 sec. Awards 1 combo point.


    Subtlety
  • NEW Shadowstrike (Level 10): Strike through the shadows, appearing behind your target and dealing 220% Physical damage. Awards 2 combo point.
  • Shuriken Toss now requires level 11 (from 90) and Subtlety spec.
  • NEW Weaponmaster (Level 15): Your abilities have a 20% chance to hit the target twice each time they deal damage.

Shaman
Spells
  • Ancestral Spirit requires Restoration spec. and revives all dead party members

  • NEW Stormlash (Level 16): Whenever you attack with your weapons enhanced, you have a chance to enhance up to 2 allies or yourself, causing attacks and spellcasts to deal additional Nature damage.
  • NEW Frostbrand (Level 18): Attack your enemy for (92.5% of Spell power) Frost damage, and reduce their movement speed by 50%. Lasts 8 sec.
  • NEW Fists of Stone (Level 15): Draw on the power of the ground beneath you, encasing your weapons in stone, increasing Critical Strike chance by 10% and all Damage dealt by 5% for 10 sec, but reducing your Attack Speed by 50% and movement speed by 50%.
  • NEW Windsong (Level 15): Attack your enemy for (152.5% of Spell power) Nature damage, and enhance your weapons with wind, increasing your attack speed by 50% for 15 sec.
  • NEW Spiritual Resonance (Level 15): Increases the Maelstrom generation provided by Rockbiter and Feral Spirits by 10.

    Elemental
  • NEW Flame Shock (Level 10): Sears the target with fire, causing (35% of Spell power) Fire damage and then an additional (105% of Spell power) Fire damage over 15 sec.
  • NEW Fulmination (Level 1): Damage from your Lightning Bolt and Lava Burst spells generate 15 Maelstrom, and your Chain Lightning generates 6 Maelstrom. When cast, Earth Shock will consume all of your available Maelstrom, converting it into additional damage.
  • NEW Path of Flame (Level 15): The damage dealt by Flame Shock and Lava Burst is increased by 10%.
  • NEW Path of Elements (Level 15): The cooldown on your Summon Elementals spells is reduced by 60 seconds.
  • NEW Maelstrom Totem (Level 15): Summons a Maelstrom Totem with 5 health near the target for 15 sec that repeatedly attacks an enemy within 0 to 30 yards for 1 Nature damage. Every time the Maelstrom Totem attacks, it will generate 5 Maelstrom for you.

    Restoration
  • NEW Undulation (Level 15): Every third Healing Wave heals for an additional 75%.
  • NEW Torrent (Level 15): Riptide's initial heal is increased by 50%.
  • NEW Stoneclaw Totem: Summons an Earth Totem with (100 * Total health / 100) health at the feet of the caster for 30 sec. When the caster is struck by a melee attack within 30 yards of the totem, the totem Taunts the attacker. Any enemy that attacks the Stoneclaw Totem takes $202242% increased damage from the caster for 30 sec.

Warlock
Spells
  • Chaos Bolt: Costs 2 Soul Shards. Requires level 26, up from 10.
  • Fear: Requires 10% base mana, up from 4%.
  • Summon Succubus Requires level 28, up from 20.
  • Soul Leech: Requires level 45, up from 15.
  • Agony: Requires level 10, down from 36. Lasts 18 seconds, down from 24. Refreshing Agony maintains its current damage level. When Agony deals damage, you have a chance to regain a Soul Shard.
  • Haunt: Requires level 15, down from 60. 15 second cooldown. No longer increasing damage over time you deal to the target. If the target dies within 15 sec, Haunt's cooldown is reset.
  • Unstable Affliction: Costs 1 Soul Shard. Requires level 26, up from 10. Lasts 8 sec, down from 14 sec. If this effect is reapplied, any remaining damage will be added to the new Unstable Affliction. If the target dies, the Soul Shard will be refunded.
  • Hand of Gul’dan: Costs 1 Soul Shard. Calls down a demonic meteor full of Wild Imps which burst forth to attack the target for 12 sec. Deals up to [5 * (30% of Spell power)] Shadowflame damage to all enemies within 8 yds and summons up to 5 Wild Imps, based on Soul Shards consumed.
  • Conflagrate: Generates a Soul Shard. Also causes Backdraft, reducing the cast times of Incinerate and Chaos Bolt by 30% for 5 sec. No longer reduces target movement speed.
  • Shadowburn: Requires level 15, down from 47. Instantly blasts a target below 20% health for (340% of Spell power) Shadow damage. Generates 2 Soul Shards if the target dies within 5 sec.
  • Drain Life: Requires level 12, up from 7. Costs 3% base mana per second, down from 1%. Requires no spec from Affliction, Demonology.

    Talents
    Affliction
  • NEW Writhe in Agony (Level 15): Agony's damage may now ramp up to twice as high.
  • NEW Drain Soul (Level 15): Drains the target's soul, causing (600% of Spell power) Shadow damage, and restoring 6% of the caster's health over 6 sec. If the target dies while channeling, generates 1 Soul Shard. Replaces Drain Life.
  • NEW Secrets of the Necrolyte: Your Drain Life is massively empowered, dealing 150% increased damage.

    Demonology
  • NEW Shadowy Inspiration (Level 15): Demonic Empowerment also causes your next Shadow Bolt to be Instant.
  • NEW Demonic Calling (Level 15): Shadowbolt has a 10% chance to make your next Call Dreadstalkers free.
  • NEW Shadowflame (Level 15): Lob a ball of Shadowflame at the target, dealing (100% of Spell power) Shadowflame damage, and (120% of Spell power) Shadowflame damage over 8 sec, stacking.

    Destruction

Mage has been op in arenas so not sure how I feel about it though I like casters not being dinner because they cant defend themselves.

My 3rd alt class warrior looks interesting, really liking the changes and hope they get abilities to counter casters.

Looks like LSD 2.0 will be even better and might make a even more fun match up vs MLP then it does now.

No chaos bolt for f2p? interesting but affliction getting its spells will hopefully be better than destroy is now, I know yall remember how fun cata was looks like wod is adding many core abilities for low levels again.

Bloodbath (level 1): For the next 12 sec, your melee damage abilities deal 30% additional damage as a bleed over 6 sec. While bleeding, targets move 50% slower. 1 minute cooldown.

Mass Spell Reflection (level 1): Reflects the next spell cast on you and on all party and raid members within 20 yards for 5 sec. 30 second cooldown.

Safeguard (level 1): Run at high speed toward a party or raid member, intercepting the next melee or ranged attack made against them, reducing damage taken by them by 20% for 6 sec. 30 second cooldown.

Shockwave (level 15): Sends a wave of force in a frontal cone, causing (125% of Attack power) damage and stunning all enemies within 10 yards for 4 sec. Cooldown reduced by 20 sec if it strikes at least 3 targets. 40 second cooldown.

Storm Bolt (level 15): Hurls your weapon at an enemy, causing 60% Physical damage and stunning for 4 sec. Deals quadruple damage to targets permanently immune to stuns. 30 second cooldown, 30 yard range.

Bloodthirst (level 10): Attack the target in a bloodthirsty craze dealing 175% Physical damage (50% old), generating 10 Rage, and restoring 5% (1% old) of your health.
Bloodthirst has an additional 40% chance to be a critical strike. 4.5 second cooldown.

Execute (level 8): Attempt to finish off a wounded foe, causinga total of (420% + 350%) Physical damage. Only usable on enemies that have less than 20% health.

Raging Blow (level 10): A mighty blow with both weapons deals a total of (200% + 200%) Physical damage. Only usable while Enraged.

Siegebreaker (level 15): Use your full strength to slam the target with both weapons dealing 450% damage, and knocking them down for 1 second. 45 second cooldown.

Wild Strike (level 10): A quick strike with your off-hand weapon that deals 375% Physical damage and reduces the effectiveness of healing on the target for 10 sec.
Bloodthirst no longer has a chance of granting charges of Wild Strike that cost no range.

I've also found that the new PvP honor system will only come into effect at level 110

so by that logic everyone who level via bgs will get nothing but exp. cool story.
Guess it is better if we don't have it in the long run. less reasons for steamrollers to camp gy.

Does that mean lower level brackets will not be using the template system and gear/enchants not "disabled"?

was actually a legit question, would like to see the answer someday.

Every Expansion the same...
Blizz is just putting Spells into the trees now for testing purpose. No class will have 10+ Spells at lvl 10 because it isnt userfriendly.
So please keep your pants on and wait till you have a PTR.
No PTR = no fact. and even then everything can and prob will be changed.
