ive tried some low level pvp lately and im getting quite fund of it, so i would like to start a place with equal minded.

but i dont know if the brackets are alive or quite dead ?

Yeah, we are

19s pop around 7-8pm ST, 20-24 is more active but the quality of the players is generally a lot lower. We are mainly a 19 guild but you're welcome to join as either (or both)
