Get your hitpoints to 15 before going to do it (so you don't get one shot by the fire giants), also go to ardrouge and steal 20-30 cakes to use throughout the quest.

Last time i played runescape i was could barelly speak english... Had no idea wtf i was doing, but it was still hella fun!

Pures are much harder to perfect, though. Gear is much less of a factor in rs pures as opposed to it being 90% in wow
