duel daggres are viable I use the boa pve MH and the pvp boa OH on my rogue and i out dps and out kill people using duel SF all the time

Damage and kills do not matter. A rogue's job 100% is to help burst down efc or the hard switch target. Dual daggers result in very low white crits which is in turn less burst.

I dont know what your smoking. I solo efcs all the time you dont have to spend a tun of gold or cash to twink a rogue buying shadowfangs

Help... I notice that people keep saying to duel wield the maces but isnt the BOA sword identical in damage?

Is MH Sword and OH Mace roughly the same as duel maces?
