US Return of the Neon.

Neon

I like to be fat shamed
Sup guys might start a linked pure f2p to q on until phase 3 of classic comes out.

Some things to note I don't think I am the best leaving egos at the door, and guilds die theres nothing you can do about it unless you personally created it.

Planning on rolling hunter, warlock or arcane mage.

Cya guys in the storm, gulch ,and basin.

Let's have some fun guys.
[doublepost=1572603353,1572600140][/doublepost]Edit: nah staying on classic it is just such a better game rather grind endgame then go back to retail even if there is no bgs yet.

I used to have alot of fun on retail but I can't see myself returning.

Really thought about it though but classic twinks really are the future.

Give affliction Warlock a go. They are getting some pretty nice buffs to their 1st line of talents which could put their dps at a more respective level.

They're an under-represented class but can have big impact as a fear bot with occasional high burst/anti dispel presence.
Quite easily topping 200dps with 3-4 UA's on a target which isn't too uncommon to pull off in battlegrounds.

1v1's they have respectable strength due to drain life. Work in Unstable Affliction while draining life and your healing will increase by an additional 10% which a lot of people don't appreciate after you've finished the fight at 100% hp.

If affliction gets boring for you and you want more punch, go demonology. The pet aoe can crit upwards of 300 and if you bind his legion strike, you can spam it for some crazy burst +10% reduced healing. I've caught a few resto druids/shamans off guard with this. Mix in a fear spam with pet attack macro to interrupt their healing but keep your pet attacking them.

Preciate it man, but I think I will pass on retail it just isn't fun to me anymore and definately not the WOW I know.

And the winner of the shortest comeback competition of 2019 is...

Hey guys! He's trying to be a chill dude! Give him a break! I will say, this community is super dramatic with the whole coming and leaving and best players thing! But welcome back, neon.

Did you make this thread strictly to continue to spew your opinion that no one here cares about, considering you've been spamming "classic is life" for the past 3 months, and yet you seem to spend more time on xpoff than on the amazing classic experience that is far from actual classic experience

its takes like 10 minutes to make a usable F2P, if u feel like doing a wsg on retail one day do it, even if its like twice a month, why does it have to be one or the other? I like classic but after trying to get a grp for deadmines for 5 hours I was like fuck this, i wanted to make a 60 priest just to do end game BG's, and then maybe make a 39 twink mage, but got so bored lvling and rather save my $12.99 or whatever it is a month.

so what makes retail so awful? im having a bunch of fun in the 20 bracket because as an ex-19 goon, it's the closest feel in comparison.

it's so easy to gear a functional tink, like literally. i finished 4.5 characters over the course of a week. the community is pretty vibrant and who can pass on games basically 24/7?

im not trying to fan the retail vs classic fire, just genuinely curious why people think classic is better.

just genuinely curious why people think classic is better.
In general, I think people conflate complexity with difficulty and then difficulty with quality.

Vanilla is a more complex game. Therefore, they reason, it must be more difficult and thus better.

Which would be fine if that reasoning didn't then completely collapse when folks try to explain why they prefer twinking to end game.
