horde ap premades are the ones i seen gy farming mostly. oh and the A-team did hold the flag for 25 minutes and farmed before. they farmed right below the gy so you cant exactly call it Gy farming. see the A-team thread for more details if you can be bothered reading all the pages.

If Horde AP premades farm, I never heard about it, as for the A-team I'll check it out. No premades on alliance side I have been on have never farmed. However What the individual does in a pug is up to them, but idk.

EDIT: Kablam does not speak for the rest of us, her and whoever she premades with are on their own.

On topic: Lilhunter is decent hunter. I've played a few times with him (while I was on Çerise) and he does not fall into the usual category. If he kills you, you lost to a decent player the same as if you were smited by my starsurge or some auto-dotting warlock drained your life. Get over it. Hunters are OP, but not everyone rolls them for that reason.

PS: In two weeks we will be hearing these threads about holy pallies and boomkins as hunters will be normalized (to some degree.. aim shot still hurts).

True, even if they are good, and have been here for much longer, if what Kablam says is true and they farm, it doesn't mean the rest of us do. I can name quite a few good players I've played with and we have never farmed horde. if farming happened, its because one of our members didn't get the flag before that person did. For as long as I have been on AP, most of the players are generally very nice and respectable people. Lavaza, Anjuna Laglul, and a few others. Sure they joke around, but are great players, and not Grave farmers. Just because these A-Team people are good, doesn't mean they have an attitude about PvP that matches it. This is all from my own experience, so take as you will

EDIT: and besides, this GY you say happened, is purely subjective If they at least let Horde leave the Graveyard by 40 yards, say past the big rock near mid field it isn't farming. they give them the chance to regroup and leave their Graveyard.

Aside from a few people this thread has been pointless.. I was hoping maybe people of this twinking "community" may realize the lack of respect they give to hunts (aside from lofi and felix as those are the only hunts I know people actually respect). Just because hunts are OP doesn't mean we deserve to be treated like trash or ridiculed just for our class choice. So many posts in this thread proved there's only a 1 set mindset with many MANY people about hunters no matter how they play or what they do.

Or popping a 5P rip instead of the FB, for sustained dmg, rootshifting
Bout the same SC as hunters atm, IMO

Bal has a bit lower SC imo, but still high

Lol. If you want to know what happened that night I'll tell you.

It was our first time playing with each other and we wanted to get use to how the setup was going to work (the group was formed to deal with 24 premades). So we had 2 players calling focus targets allowing the team to get use to dealing with an add-on called "targetAssist". We would do a 8v10 in the middle of the field (as Cer and the priest were practicing jumps.. trying to teach the priest how to do the horde tunnel jump). After we went through the fight calling focus targets as well as the rolling rotation on the 2 cc targets done by the lock/mage we would back up. Allow the team to rez and we would wait for them in mid. If they did not want to engage they could of just decided not to, but instead they came out again in full force and we had another 8v10 as we learned to work with each other.

Thats what happened. Call it what you may, but it was practice.

Topic: Sorry for the offtopic post Lilhunter. All you need to know is that the decent people respect those of which who can play and(or) are nice. Those of which who complain and troll, well, their opinion does not really matter.

To practice jumps for one player, to play with a group of players that we have never been with before, and to get down a method/rotation to deal with 24 premades who have a vast advantage over us. Yeah we wanted to try things out? One game.

ill give a few reasons why hunters are hated

when you are in a BG, who is the noob with 500'ish hp, cloth gear on, whites and greys, rez sickness, and does nothing but sit in mid and die then cry?
when you go in a dung, guess who is OP but pulls less damage then the healer
what class backpeddles most
who talks the most trash
who thinks they are the SHHH all the time
who sits in mid more then anyone else

the list goes on and on..... if you play a hunter, learn to not give a damn about what anyone says about you, and try to improve yourself. atleast at the end of the day IF you were the one killing the EFC, escorting FC, ect.... then you know you did your job and played a part in helping your team win. i play a hunter, they were my first class when i started playing in 06 and i enjoy them. i play them through the nerfs and buffs. if they are the worst class, i will play them. if they are the best, i will play them.

play a class that you enjoy and that you're good at. if that means going through all the classes then so be it. Don't play a class just because it's the best ATM, play a class because it's fun to play. play a class because you feel useful in a BG.

Idk if balance plays its cards right it can be up there with Feral. Their only competition, the rogue has been neutered terribly. I was hoping mages might have some more management, maybe a risk vs. reward if played well, but the kit they get is pretty much the same except for shatter being baseline. Ice flows or PoM might be the only two good choices as Scorch does terrible damage.
