Eviscerator set might be real good for 14s as the set bonus is giving the full 16 stam (on my 19) for 4pc

According to wowhead it gives 10 at 14

It's not exactly accurate if you are seeing the crafting screen.. I see on the screen for hunter it still shows +13 mastery for tsunami.. But when I actually crafted and send to a lvl14, it shows +8 .. So you need to be mentally prepared it's not what it showed.

My earlier tests shows +8 mastery when a lvl14 is using the 2 pc tsunami set.. I just did one more test.. Used by a lvl16.. Now the set gives +7 mastery lololol.. Clearly blizzard cannot make up their mind.. So many tests I am doing.. Seems very arbitrary at the moment

So not sure whats been posted but messing with tailoring and there are alot of sets that bonus at 2! And the set bonus stay!

Made both these and the helm and the bonus stayed! This would be a good filler for some slots
