Hitcap (Style) > Agility > Critrating - Hitrating - Expertise

last 3 stats is your choice!!

Expertise is usefull if you want reduce the dodge/parry Chance of your enemies [ for example priest, wl, mage have 3% basic dodge, restodruid 7-8% ( not 100% sure) ]
if the caster is casting he cant dodge, so your Kick cant get dodged if you dont fail
geared Rogues have 40-45% dodge, if they pop evasion they are near 100% avoidence, so from my point of view i wouldnt use expertise in a RvR, try to get on his back!!

The other 2 Stats:

I would prefer: Stylehitcap > Agility > Critrating if you have less heal =>maximize your burst
If you have longer fights with heals on your back Stylehitcap > Agility > Hitrating > Critrating =>maiximize your DPS
