These are numbers at lvl 20. I don't have a 29 on PTR. If there is a want for numbers for 29, then let me know.

I think trusting the scaling data on the PTR portion of wowhead is probably okay? It might be faster to get enough TI people to queue up for a WSG to check scaling rather than leveling up.

i don't think that there are enough TI ppl with PTR ready to go. There's the time zone difference as well, afaik, all realms operate under NA timezones, which is another complicating factor (I'm EU, there's a 10 hour timezone difference). Leveling is the best bet tbh, but i honestly don't want to level to 29 right now (my lock is lvl 99, i want to get him to 100). Dungs never ever pop atm, i don't want to run BFD until i get gnomer and i don't have an alli 20 that i'm comfortable playing with to spam stocks.

You guys know you can get the ilvl 34 scaling from Wowhead PTR right? I mean... I don't want to volunteer to put that full list together but if there is a specific piece of gear you are curious on it's easy to check.
I might have missed this in the conversation if it was discussed already but Dread Pirate Ring has Intellect on it now? I wonder if this will be a Str/Agi/Int stat that changes based on class or if this ring literally just became a caster only thing.

I leveled a 29 on PTR, will gradually start to edit the list with 29 scaling as well.

Nope, i'd suggest you use your agm in arenas, its better, and also buttsaving. In bgs, dont use it if its in cd.

If we get free wild strikes , then i can tell, fury is really good, but yeah, arms rage regeneration is far better than fury, and you can swap stances. Not to mention "Thunder Clap" , fury cant do damage with the slowing ability.

Perhaps for you... But for me, it is battlemaster trinket all the way! Same stamina, 1000+ more health with 2 min CD. Why would you even use AGM?

Well then, i was going to do a little math out here, and pretty much what i wanted to say was this : The mark scales up to 8 stamina, not 10. 1 stamina = 20 health or 17 health , Bubble grants you like 60 more base hp and 900-1100 bubble. Witch is far better than mark, anyway, when agm is in cd, id swap to mark.
