Help out the people that are stuck at work today/our EU buds that have to wait a week. What can we expect?

Monk?
Changes to armor kits?
Scaling to 29?
Max health pools?
How hard do 29's hit for?
Feral druid new FoTM?
Talents reset? Exploit still obtainable?
BFD quests gone for sure?
Can we do Garrosh's Pardon quest again?

Balance Druids are Deadly, if well played they can kill multiple enemies. Thats my opinion on them, to haste stack them would be even more.

From this ,I found that OLDER accounts from CATA CANNOT make monks.

You need to have or make a newer account to make them.

EDIT: Looks like there are people finding new info about this.

I logged into my main account(CATA&Linked) and was unable to create one.
I logged into a newer account(Unlinked) and was able to create one.

1. Mouse settings reverted, make sure you turn on your mouse sensitivity again (and check that you want it) in the interface options - this might be why your movement feels weird.
2. Bag settings! Can set what goes in the bag - very cool.

Armor kits now give 2 armor and foreman gloves give 5 haste.

I believe we have a portal to allow you to return to Pandaria....bit of a pia to get though (you first have to get exalted with Lorewalkers which will take some decent p2p help) and then you might end up zoning in on some OP mobs.

1. Purchase 10 Motes of Harmony for 400 honor each.
2. Create 1 Spirit of Harmony to buy a Restored Artifact.
3. Use that to buy a Lorewalker's Lodestone.

The Lodestones are consumable.

If I remember correctly, getting exalted with Lorewalkers takes like an hour or so - just have to run around the continent looking at stuff.
