Possible banwave after the talents exploit.

And you sound like a guilty as charged one :)

I am. Am I smited?

Also guilty for what? Enjoying temporary variety after a year of 5.4?
For maybe exploiting to fight the other exploiters?

The thing is, Im ready for this all to end. Yes I enjoy the bug, but I don't enjoy whiners, and I honestly wouldn't want it to last. And I know 6.0.2 is coming soon. So I look forward to a (hopefully) more balanced bracket.

That's not for me to decide, i just point people on the right direction ;)

Fair enough. But the right direction is based on the person behind the screen.

As opposed to the risk of temporary ban, like the topic states, yes it's technically the right direction.

I appreciate your casual response. (not being sarcastic)

It doesn't matter what your reasons are, you exploited. If a shop if being looted you don't have to phone the police, but you don't have to take the xbox either. I personally hope you don't get banned, but you knew what you did when you did it.

Back in cata (I forget which patch) there was an exploit ( It wasn't hard to do, you didn't need any third party software, you just needed to form a group with a higher level) where a twink could get high level satchel gear, it was very OP and took even OPer enchants. I was totally against using the gear in pvp (there's even some threads around you can read), but I had the gear and used it in pve. months went by and everyone got reported and banned (none perma), I didn't. I forgot one night to remove it before I logged... Booom, next morning 24h ban. I didn't moan, infact this is the first time I've ever mentioned it.

tl;dr Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

the right direction is based on blizz rules.

Using these exploits is the same as having a f2p dk, both against the rules and if you think that these exploits are wrong and cheating, perhaps you should delete your dk... other than that, we are all just as guilty for "breaking game rules" for the advantages. I, and any other person who used both these are just as guilty as the other.

What combat advantages can I gain by having a DK? Maybe I should look into this more.

Breaking and entering in ok as long as there's nothing of value inside I take it? Not to mention any bling you might of got with the DK is exploited.

Jim Gordon: What about escalation?
Batman: Escalation?
Jim Gordon: We start carrying semi-automatics, they buy automatics. We start wearing Kevlar, they buy armor piercing rounds.
Batman: And?
Jim Gordon: And, you're wearing a mask. Jumping off rooftops. Now, take this guy.
[pulling out a file]

Some twink: It's only a macro :(

Im judging you by your attitude, choice of words, the fact that you're a hypocrite and probably glitch given the opportunity (as we all do). Maybe not in pvp, but for the benefit of self satisfaction or unfair advantage amongst other players.

I don't glitch because I don't need to. I already wreck everyone. I played mage at 70 when it was fotm, I play hunter at 24 because it's fotm. The choices I make mean I'll never have to break the rules. Sure I'm toxic as hell, but I don't download third-party software to have access to spells that other players cannot, actively detracting from the gaming experience of others. Look at these screenshots. A holy pala insta hitting 1.3k seem fine? A 20 SP aoeing people for 1.2k is ok? Yeah, go and report me for my dog's name. It's already changed because of little people like you. Stay small. PEACE

Yeah I got rekt. Doesn't usually happen and it's because they're cheating. SMD h8rz

Well, breaking and entering IS a much lighter sentence than theft, now that you mention it.

But my point, which I think you understood, was that the two exploits are not directly comparable because one gives you some titles and crap, and the other totally breaks the game for other people in PvP.

You're a smart guy, I know you know I have a valid point there. It wouldn't kill you to just let a valid point stand.

I do it without cheating is my point. I admitted my toxicity but you forgot to quote that part :) funny the selective memories of the level 20s ahaha. Juicyxmvp is my buddy if you were wondering. Thomasxmvp and Juicyxmvp two really good players.

And remember, I am skiller then all of u 20s :)

so what

you complained about them ruining the game for others

how long have you been derping around with your skiller mvp buddies

I don't care about ruining the game for others, I care about ruining the game for others by cheating.

IDK, a long time. Thanks for asking though, it's nice talking to people that actually care :)

Oh I'm not saying you don't have a point, you obviously do. I was just saying that both carry a sentence IF the right GM is in the wrong mood. And just in case I've gave anyone the wrong impression, I don't think the two should be treated the same, but blizzard would if more people complained about F2P DKs.

This isn't irl. You speak as if an exploit is a "crime"
Sure its breaking the rules. Sure it's ridiculous. Sure it's fun as hell. We aren't all villians. Just simple people crossing the line for a good time.
TBH I used the exploit for about a day or less. I went back to my original talents because it somewhat threw me off my game.

Yea it's against toc, but it's one of those things. Telling us it wont change our minds about it. It's preaching to the choir.

Just think a year from now.
"hey you remember that glitch where players could get high level abilities?" "Yea that was pretty crazy"

Fact of the matter is. Time will pass on, and this will simply be a small memory of something fun/unique to happen to our bracket. And nothing more. Its funny to see so many people get worked up over a 1 week OP phase right before our bracket gets seriously revamped.

Please reread what I said. I didn't even tell you not to do it. I just told you a story what happened to me with a similar thing, and no matter your intentions an exploit is an exploit.
