Possible banwave after the talents exploit.

Ever feel like maybe he was saying that just to get you/your friend to quit exploiting? Besides, They will not ban mass amounts of people from their already declining number of players.
This would also create a violent shitstorm for Blizzard. Instead of conflict, they just need to patch it, ITS THAT FUCKING SIMPLE!
Did they permaban f2p's with dks? no
Did they permaban players who glitched under stormwind? no
Did they permaban players who kited bosses to Capital cities? no
Do they ban people who hack/modify, spam, threaten, or sell gold for cash? Yes.

We are game testers. If theres a possible hole in their game, we will find it. For enjoyment or curiosity, we are the ones who shape this game.

If they are willing to ban their beloved community for something they were responsible for, then by all means, people will not let this go unpunished. Blogs will be written, videos will be uploaded, and they will change their minds.

while also claiming to speak for the whole site in asking a thread to be closed.

You mean like a community leader?

Blizzard doesn't claim their game is bug free, that's what the bug report function is for, and a whole section in the official forums. however, It doe's clearly state that bugs should be reported and not utilized. By doing so you put your self at the risk of a ban, how long will probably depend on if the head GM got laid or not last night.

As far as the OP goes, no. I don't believe the conversation (If it even happened) went like it's presented at all. I believe it went along the lines of... "Thank you for your concern. We're looking into it and appropriate action will be taken."

A GM that said "we have a list of people to be banned" is leaving him self wide open if no one gets banned.

these days blizz doesnt even perma ban p2ps when they use bots (atleast when they get caught the first or second time) so dont think paying customers will be perma banned for this

Back in the days, Blizz permaban poeple who are sharing their account. There was no cheating or exploiting by sharing an account. So it's more "dangerous" and "unfair to the community to share an account than exploiting and cheating in battleground? That makes sense. :)

I hope Blizz will put their pants on and permaban these players. P2Ps or not.

Why on earth do you want people banned for? The problem fixed sure, but just screaming for a ban makes you sound like you have a vendetta... And by the way you drop "P2P" in every post we don't need sherlock to figure out who against.

WoW isn't 1player solo game. That's why exploiting and glitching do matter. The best way to fix the issue is to permaban all the talents exploiters. At least, after that, no ones will glitch anymore.

Your speech sounds like a left-wing social democrat. Are you from the left wing? :)

So, what if they permaban your friend? One whom you were unaware of glitching?

Given you have any with that kind of mindset.

Besides. You're a hypocrite. Sure you might not have participated in this bug, but you, and many other gamers here, have been lured into glitching on many games/occasions. So you're saying you should be banned, too? We should all be banned if that's the case.
That's like saying you don't masturbate.
People glitch, it's the cycle of life.

I love the way glitchers and exploit abusers defend themselvs. Keep it up guys be proud of what you're doing ;)

But.. but i really hope the banhammer will hit your beloved chars with so many time invested in ;)

Nope, perma banning everyone for a one time offense is like given everyone a life sentence for breaking the law once. It doesn't work in real life and does work in game. Generally if you break the terms of service you get a 72hour ban, if you break the again then it's perma ban.

your self righteous attitude/narrow mindedness is unattractive :)

It's not a F2P game either. It's also not a twink private sever. It's not affecting any competitive part of the game, and doing no more harm than the holy shock screw up at the start of MoP, which took a week to sort.

You just come over as being a spiteful person who would report an OAP for not displaying a disable badge.

I come from my mothers c**t originally.

Edit:

I'll ask you again cuz you ignored it the first time... Why is "it time them P2Ps got banned" ?

I spam reported Duopaladin for cheating cuz he used Holy Prism. JUST IMAGINE IF HE GETS BANNED PERMENTLY!

See what i mean? It's not the glitch people care about, it's the retribution. "You killed my pixels you must pay!"

Tell that to the mods who delete posts about that retribution part and leave the peoples posts intact who want vendetta.

Anyways what is the difference in doing this and using f2paddon. F2ps arent meant to have a chat too. For me that is just the same and clever abuse of game mechanics because it is not intended. So what is the difference? is being anti this not just a little bit to hypocritical?

Seems like nobody answered the question yet.

Yes, Yes it is worth it as you dont have to fear anything aside from a timeout on you account.
You will never get permabanned for shit like this if you only use it in random bgs/wpvp.

Some ppl from the 70 and also the 85 bracket used the exploit in arena and only received a 72 suspension.
Have fun creating weird GM stories and stay exploited chicas.

This glitch affects other players and further imbalances low level battlegrounds, while the F2P addon does not. Got any other false comparisons you want debunked?

Why would it be a false comparison just because you say it is and exploits/cheats etc only maby be called that when it affects players?

Not a false comparison at all.

Not to mention f2pchat affects the server. I am certain you know how that stuff works. Also it affects me as player when facing a f2p premade in battlegrounds.
