Personal Tabard (Vet)

Hi all, I don't know if this has been touched on before, but I recently learned that Personal Tabards were added back in DF, and while you'd have to be a vet with a max level DF main to get them, you can use them once obtained on all your low lvl alts.

It's a bit of a pain if you haven't done many DF quests, but still an option for vets.

Yeah, really. Had the same logo's for 20 years. Time for some updates...

Where is the widget that converts an extant piece of armor into a t-shirt? EH?!

Hm... Cant you get it with your 20 lvl F2P? You have access to Dragon Isles. I was about to farm this tabard. Is it possible with Starter Edition?

Not that I know of. I tried my 20 first but the stupid quest seems to require a level 70 toon. Sometimes Blizz's leveling restrictions have no obvious rhyme or reason. I try to put myself in a devs shoes and the closest match I can get is it's clashing ideologies or going by zone levels, maybe sometimes it's orders from higher up, sometimes it's devs trying to keep to a system, and sometimes it seems like just randomness, possibly out of fear they haven't bolted down something but aren't quite sure.

But considering how much they still haven't, "bolted down" I think they lost that battle before they began.
