If you play with low quality graphics settings, turn them down and restart the client before you log in, the patch messed with your system settings.

Wait until you run into a disc priest who spams 900 hit point bubbles on their entire team for a tiny fraction of their mana bar. If you make it through the bubbles, you'll get to see their 300 hit point Penance ticks and 800 hit point flash heals that barely dent their mana bar.

its just unplayable for me atm because its lagging so badly -_-

No honor point reset, of course. F2P addon mostly works, some glitches might be possible, need to run it longer to know. You need to enable load out-of-date addons. No idea concerning Northrend, because as youakim I lagged and am waiting until the download is complete.

Two quick things I've noticed before I've even logged in -

- New "PAY FOR WOW ALREADY" button is lolbad
- All of the backgrounds are of Orgrimmar!? (((((

Also, I logged out outside of SM but inside the wooden doors... and am now in WoW purgatory haha

Just did a BG with Earl, Mindy, Preez, and Lokoe. Top four damage were holy paladins, all with 50k+. There was a 24 resto druid with 120k healing. I don't really know what to think
