Lol why is he saying that your the first one that's reporting this issue I have talk to blizzard about it like 5 times since MoP patch came out, and they clrearly dont give a fuck about this.

Horde still isn't working, I've already reported the bug in a ticket. Right now I have a ticket open to see if a gm will give me the plans or start the quest for me, since the plans will not drop from the mobs. I'll tell you guys if it works or not, Average ticket wait time 5 days

Already tried that, they told me that they cannot do anything to help me only thing i could do was kill the mobs and try get the plans lol..
