The whole first page of the arena ladder is, by and large, wearing gear that can generously be described as "a good starter set"

The reality is the good players. Talented players. Best players are the best leaders. They’re the ones who go to a losing bg and command the 9-14 players/lvlers to a win. I’ve seen the following enter a losing bg late, start leading/screaming in chat. Calling incs. Hustling. Literally creating change to make a comeback/win.

Even the people I wrote up there have their newb moments and play bad. Who cares. A win is a win and a loss is a lesson. Good players never lose. They either win or they learn.

Yeah I'm going to level with you, that's a surprisingly bad idea. My paladin doesn't even have crusader on his weapon. Turns out you can get 2200 without it.
