This is probably not worthy to be a post here but i thought i'd share it considering not alot of people know the stats at 16.
This was my first Kill/Loot so i'm pretty happy with this, i will add epic version whenever i get that, might take some time!

Congrats! You should be able to slide the wowhead item scaling so that the ilvl is equal to (level + 12) to approximate the epic stats. Not perfect, but usually correct. For level 16, that would be ilvl 28 gear - 10agi/9verse.

After 27 rerolls for my chest. I'm honestly looking forward to farming that staff tomorrow.

Don’t have a screenshot due to being on phone. But I got my Foamspittle Staff epic in 20ish minutes and got my Silvermoon Robes and Tunic for my Lock and rogue in 24 kills on that rare. Questwise my rng makes me suicidal
