I have almost 300 quests done on my rogue and not a single epic.

No. They scale to the level you complete them at, and they then don't scale as you level. You have to get to 19, then hand in the quest.
Also I tried the murloc grind, being horde, and a goblin, I needed to be summoned there and it wasn't really faster than the quest grind I had already optimised. It's only really good for specs that can multidot.

21 and counting. Full looms and 1x 10% potion per run. Also stuck a speed enchant on some starter boots and keep trading them around too. Going arcane at level 10 and staying arcane the whole levelling process.
Doing the goblin starting zones to level 10, then farming SI:7 agents from 10-14.5, means you can hit 18.8 juuuust at the end of the efficient quests in the goblin zone (Before you have to do all the stuff at the volcano). You ding 19 doing the spire quest in Eversong Woods. The next quest is the one that gives the robe.

they should make dungeon drops upgradable too, because this is pretty pointless, 300 quests yet no epic, and i am sure the first epic i ever do get will be crap...
