My level 29 plan for success

PREFACE
I have joined three so called 29 guilds in the past 2 weeks.

One was OK. They got along and were a bit organized but they are Alliance. Nothing personal but I am Horde.

The other two guilds are just bad. NO organization, no idea how to play and just plain suck.
Example: I finally convinced four of the twelve online members to form a premade. We got into an AB and our healer would only heal his pally friend who IGNORED the enemy healers. Myself and another member of our team kept pressure on the enemy healers and got zero heals. After we lost the healer was like "Oh, I am just having fun".

SOLUTION
Here is an open invitation to 5-10 Hordies who are willing to play under these conditions

1. Make two toons on Thrall-Horde
2. One must be a healer
3. You will be supported with jewelry and dungeon runs
4. You are willing to play in premades and rotate as dps/healer
5. You know the basics of winning WSG, AB and EoTS.
6. You are willing to help farm/buy/make Gliders, Swiftthistle and Bandaids as much you can.

@Black5 I salute you for calling out nwa for being bad players, it is a known fact they have ran premades with survival hunters on their team and still ended up losing the match..

You don't need people to make characters on the same realm as yours to play with them, you need them on your battletag friend list or you need their character name+server name to send them an invite in this format (see example below)
example: /inv example-aeriepeak

First WSG I ran with them, I went for the flag and they went straight to mid. I had people on my ass as I got to midfield with the flag expecting a heal and they completely ignored me as they chased a mage around mid. I died and asked them in party chat what was up and they were like "uh didn't know you had the flag bruh." THIS is what I am talking about.

yea don't waste your time expecting bads to play good, all they do is make up excuses for why they are in the right and you are in the wrong OR they dickride eachother harder than a pornstar like many bads in both brackets (10-19 and 20-29) tend to do

i singlehandedly held off half the horde team at our gy next to our healing hut while my horrible team mates talked negatively about me and i left the gy to go kill time at horde gy bc obv my team wasn't making any progress and then i left the game after like 5 minutes so i had nothing to do with them losing. BTW last time i played in 10v10s i had 5x more damage done as a healer than every other healer and still same heals done and we won the match. Try me mr.new member bc ur opinion is clearly not pointless according to you.

Well first off your post is extremely hard to follow your grammar needs a plethora of work. Second from what i am able to make out it just sounds like you are a terrible teammate and cannot wrap your head around WSG plebs are a team effort. Third healer dmg is nothing when you let your team consistently die, which you did i was there (LOL).

im the best teammate you could ever have if you lived 100 lifetimes, I don't get called a bot on the daily basis just for shits and giggles

healer damage is a big deal if you are playing a class that can put out worthy damage (disc)

oh and classic point your finger at the healer when you and the other horrible dps players run into horde groups like chickens with no heads completely ranging me and putting yourselves on death row (dying faster than flash heal could even be casted if you were within range)

You and @Black5 should make a 10v10 team. If you do that I'll have legit NWA team ready.
I'm sure you can form one hell of a team! The caliber of player think you are is bound to have the same skill leveled friends!
