Mounts in Shadowlands

TL;DR - What are the new Minimum Character Levels to use Ground and then Flying Mounts after the Level squish in Shadowlands.

Right now in Retail there are numerous different minimum Character Level requirements to use various Mount types. There are also further restrictions like Cold Weather Flying in Northrend, the Questling in Vash for the Seahorse Mount and Pathfinder in Expansions since Draenor.

Since we are all getting a small to massive Level squish, which will nullify the old minimum Character Level requirements, does anyone know or have a confirmed link to what the new requirements will be?

This also begs the question, will old Levels 1-19 that could only use the Chauffeured Mount, TGC Turtle and fished Turtle be capable of using other Mounts? Will it only take LvL 10+ to use Ground Mounts and then say 40+ for Flying Mounts (with Zone/Expansion requirements also)? How will the various Ground Mount Speeds work and at which minimum Levels?

In one of the BlizzCon interviews, I believe the Blizzard™ rep mentioned that they hadn't yet "settled on specifics" with regards to which-mounts-when.

Doubtful... but almost anything is still "possible" at this point. I don't think enough people realize just how early in development Shadowlands™ is.

Going into the level squish, once you hit level 10, will players on alts be able to fly at that point?

Much like today, once you reach whatever level we set flying at and if you were able to fly in that expansion when passing through it, you should be able to fly in it after the squish. We're still ironing out the details about what level flying will be.
