[Mists Of Pandaria] Curley's Rogue Guide

yes but its very rare

drops from the bosses in SFK with 0.01% drop rate and also the locked chests

Think its a 0.04% chance to drop from any of the 5 bosses, plus the rare spawn, Deathsworn Captain. Oh and any of the locked chests.

My math tells me:

The chance for getting this item is:

0.0001*0.9999^4*5 +

0.0001^2*0.9999^3*10 +

0.0001^3*0.9999^2*10 +

0.0001^4*0.9999*10 +

0.0001^5*5 =

Or simply put 1-(0.9999^5) = 0.04999%

just copy my guide in my sig

How do i fix all my links im gonna try to clean up this guide. Thanks

Imo NE's are the second best class for rogues (if not #1). Why? they have 5% extra speed in stealth (which is major) but Shadowmeld is such an invaluable racial. Shadowmeld -> stealth is ownage. For example: open up on a running EFC, he disengages or rocket jumps away or you have some slow on you (and want to save trinket for clutch), you shadowmeld -> stealth -> shadowstep -> ambush and eviscerate for 5 combo points and EFC should definitely be dead (this is a scenario with someone without a healer in range). So, I think NE's deserve more credit than you give them (which is that they are second worst).

Imo nelfs are only good at killing the efc in midfield. Any serious pug will have a D hunter or priest which can easily dot u making shadowmeld 99 percent useless.

True. I agree, unless you're pro like me and can shadowmeld, stealth, shadowstep, and ambush before the DoT takes you out (takes practice
