I really took my time, tested in game, this is the most accurate theory-crafting I've done in a while. But please comment if you see a mistake, I'll be glad to fix it.

This is so cool, but do you think there is any way you could calculate Talon of Vultros?

It's 6 agility 3 crit, 1.7 attack speed.

Are those the stats for the grandfathered one, or the one that's currently dropping?
 
I thought that ToV maintained its pre-scaling stat ratio of 2-1, and scaled up to 6-3?

Oh - and one more thing. Bend says that the WSG PvP dagger scales to 6 agility 3 stamina and has one of the better sets of damage - do you know anything about that?

Wsg dagger is possibly bis oh because of it scaling better with sharpening stone .and is faster Giving more poisons. If I had the talon on my rogue I would run the numbers for both and give you a definitive answer but eh who knows I'll give tov a go today

It is scaling at that ratio in a way, it just hasn't scaled to a high enough ilevel to tick over the crit to 3 yet. It is likely if it was scaled to ilevel 35 or 36 that it would have 3 crit.

Vultros dropped the level 7 version of ToV on my second Vultros kill.

I farmed battered junkboxes for a few hours for 2-3 days before the level 11 version of ToV dropped if I remember correctly. Was the first blue dagger drop from worn junkboxes I had.

Can you equip both?

Do they both scale to the exact same numbers?

these boxes require lockpicking 70 as said here , how can you open them as f2p rogue?
 
you can open lockboxes as a blacksmith with silver skeleton keys

they require 1 silver bar other drops are doomspike, and assassins blade from those boxes.

just got gov on my second vultures kill going to get the scaled stats for both setups and give u guys definitive bis for TOV vs WSG daggers in about 20 min

.
