[MENTION=16240]Goesid[/MENTION], you can raise your reputation with the Evil Chin cult by finding special 'Chin'-nodes who give 500 rep on first encounter and 50 every consecutive one.
There's also the new Evil Chin cult HQ in the new expansion, it comes with 6.0.5 and has tons of quest and especially DAILIES, you won't be able to get past neutral before 6.1 though.

The faction rewards include the Evil Chin cult Tabard which is basically an upgraded Defiler's Tabard and a new epic 101% ground mount only available at exalted for 1000k gold, 4k JP and 4k HP which looks like an Evil Chin but rideable! (I know, AMAZING! right?)
