List of really good quest greens

Yo, so in the new patch quest blues will be ilvl 35 instead of ilvl 31 and quest greens will be ilvl 29 instead of ilvl 28. Quest blues are ezpz so instead I started looking for greens that look promising at ilvl 29.

just did the quest on my 29 rogue for https://ptr.wowhead.com/item=52598/soothsaying-vest&bonus=3636 and it scaled to 7a/11s/14v.
