Removed: Two Healer limit.
New: One Balance Druid limit.
Two of each spec.
One Arms Warrior limit.
Removed: One Retribution Paladin limit.
Two Stealth limit.
Survival Hunters banned.
(Can add more rules if needed.)

Voice Communication
