Legion Invasions - to be continued?

I'm honestly looking forward to the invasions ending tomorrow, but I'm not completely against a pre-expansion event coming back as a monthly event like timewalking.....but it does seem to go against the very nature of a one-time special event which is why I doubt it will happen. I'm predicting that this movement may birth something similar in the future for lower levels, but we won't get the invasions themselves. In the expansion following Legion, I'm expecting an old-world revamp as Blizzard has discussed fixing the leveling process in a way that it feels more fluent and on-par with how the game works at end-game.

I mean, most people who farm invasions are pretty burned out from them already. (Not talking about the people who AFK them.) Blizzard did an amazing job with invasions nonetheless and I'll remember them fondly; the pure chaos of doing invasions on a pvp realm those first few days was truly glorious. But I'm going to learn to absolutely despise that green dot if I feel obligated to farm it on a regular basis

my highest TF twink is only 5/10 and I'm already just pvping hehe

but that's only my opinion, it's totally okay for different opinions to be prevalent. If legion invasions continue I'm happy for those that WANT it continue. I'll become one of the AFKers though

Saw a guy who did a post on the forums about he wanted it to be a weekend event and shiit. I thought I would be a good idea. and then spread the invasion to other zones as I said. and make them attack the main cities. cuz "The demons is invading azeroth" and they only attack those palces.. its kind of lame. Bad disign if you ask me

Even if you beat a hunter as a rogue all it would have required is pressing the Evasion button (if you even have it at 19).

But sure, i suppose we can have some duels for fun.
