Gonna go ahead and co opt this thread for general legion BOE farming

+3 stat items are confirmed droppable at 1. just got this, shame it's mastery though. Very preferable as the alternative is +1 to two stats, or for whatever reason only +1 to one stat or none at all.

This is good news for 9's, 10's, 19's, etc. Six-Feather Fan with double Sockets will be tits.

EDIT: Paying 15K for a (2) Socket Six-Feather Fan scaled TO Level 10. I'll consider one scaled between 7-9 but at a much lower price.

Yesterday while getting our asses carried by @Winterly, our group managed to get MANY socketed greens. I lucked out and got 2 plate items that procced SOCKET and LEECH (shoulder and legs). No level requirement even when obtained on a lvl 5.

Their stats (on mobile atm so cant SS):
6 armor
1 str
2 stam
1 vers
1 crit
1 leech

101's farmed for more than a year. Most of us ended up spending Gold on various Realm's AH then paying real money to xfer a lvl 10+ back to the Realm that Twink was on... have fun
