What are some good places to farm for legion BoEs? Got my 19 Druid set up minus a few slots but want to look forward!

Does your 19 loot the non-level boes?

Are you talking about the BoEs that do no have a level requirement? I'm not sure? Does this matter when going to farm Legion BoE epics?

I'm not sure about killing and looting, but I tested it with the leystone lockboxes from legion. A level 12 looted level 6 req boes from the lockboxes, wasnt sure if the mobs were the same. I know level 10 is safe for no level req boes.
