Unfortunately there still isn't many options out there for Plate wearers. Even worse for true F2P toons, they can't even get a helm FFS
At least Vet's & 29's have access to quest items and higher level bg boxes for mogs. Still, it's the most limited of the armors at this level.

Yeah I'm planning to resub for a month to collect at least the Plate armor from the Azeroth quest rewards.

And I wish I knew sooner about the ToV ensemble being transmog'able on lvl 20s though.. Cuz when I unsubbed, my guild was in the middle of farming ToV. So It would have been nice to finish the quest to get the ensemble before I quit, cuz now they're on Heroic Nighthold and never even step foot inside of ToV anymore.

So I resubbed my main account to collect more Plate transmogs so I could redo my Warriors, and I'm really happy with how they turned out! =)

How did you get that second xmog on your 20? The helm is from a level 88 quest.

Both ar hacked transmogs.
Like in manipulating the game in order to unlock the transmog on a level 20.
