Most fun? Likely 69, since it has a larger toolkit than any other bracket mentioned, access to tinkers, etc...
Most queues? Probably 39. Which also, is a great bracket to play.

Hard to explain but I’ll do my best.
You want the biggest difference in secondary’s/ primary’s than your average leveler. As you get higher in levels, especially 60 bracket and beyond, levelers start getting gem gear and it starts to not make AS MUCH of a difference if you yourself have such gear.
A bracket not mentioned in this q/a would be 59 glitch in. Your average leveler will def not have sockets, where you can have almost full.
That’s would be my suggestion if your were to do it. I personally have never used the exploit nor do I ever plan to, but 59 would be worth doing it for, assuming your twinked correctly yourself

79 IS stronger, about 10%. So not a huge difference but certainly noticeable. Going 70 is just cooler not much else to say about it really. I do have some 79's but I'll always take more pride in my 70's
