Aside from agreeing with Franchi on that screenshot, I wouldn't call that "gruesome". Actually, that looks like a game that would be pretty fun (if it weren't almost entirely monks and druids. Even from just a variety standpoint, that game's comp looks rather 'ewww'.) You even won the game ^_^.

Is that screenshot representative of most of the games tonight?

I don't see where Alliance is just "so much weaker then Horde." All the games I have gotten in the past week or some Alliance is rolling with atleast 2 ferals and 2 BM monks.
