6'2 - 6'3 dependsHow tall r u?
do you not worry with all these sups? If no why not? If so. Why do it anyway?6'2 - 6'3 depends
just an unfortunate part of what i have to do in order to fulfil my passion i guessdo you not worry with all these sups? If no why not? If so. Why do it anyway?
^ dude has no idea what hes talking about. There is a huge difference between 100% natty physique and anyone who uses hard supps. Depends what you are looking to do and risks you are willing to take.Stay natural you can literally get as big as you want to be natural.
Neon. Enough. If you are being serious with that you have zero clue what you’re talking aboutStay natural you can literally get as big as you want to be natural.
Supplements as in gear? I would stay natural if I were you - buy a good quality whey isolate and creatine. Everything else is a scam. The only supplements that work are illegalCurrently on a bridged program lots of the big 3 been lifting like almost 2 years wondering recommendations on sups?
Send me videos of you doing any of those PRs lol. Youre full of shit.Get a 700 lb deadlift, 405 bench and 600 lb squat tell me that your not going to be big natty. @Johneffer @MostGeared no need to take supplements
If the guy in my profile is not jacked enough and you need to take harmful drugs you have body image issues and suggest you go to a therapist.
I mean.. you are talking about professional lifters and anomalies. You said, and I quote, "Stay natural you can literally get as big as you want to be natural". That just isn't true and is totally subjective. What if johneffer wants to be 300 lbs solid. He physically cannot do that without supplements. It is impossible. The hell are you talking about are you that dense that you didn't get the point I was making?
This was me eating almost 3000 calories a day and powerlifting. I was working out consistently and trying to get as big as I could with whey, and minimal supps. I just couldn't get any bigger than where I plateaued. I hit 425 DL, 275 Bench, and 365 Squat. Not great but for 180lbs It's not bad.
Was told i needed your fish oil zinc etc and i tried taking those and mulit vitamin but never really did anything for me.
Kinda in that spot also where im getting the gainz but feel like i should be bigger. Maybe all diet? I do usually take in 230-250g protein a day at 195lbs
I don’t know much about weightlifting/powerlifting I’ve always done a bro split lolWith the caveat that I coached weightlifting and I never really got into coaching bodybuilding (so if I say anything different here from what John says, please listen to John instead)
BUT
Patience is the biggest factor that tends to be missing from most peoples diets. When we moved weightlifters up a weight class, everyone had to be reminded that it was a multi season process. We usually considered it a pretty wild success if our lifters could consistently add a kilo or so every 12 week lifting cycle. Thats about 2 years to move up a weight class without getting super fluffy. And we lifted in USAW so regular USADA testing was a thing, so everyone was natty.
