Is Glorious Tyranny good?

Right now, sure. In WoD, not so much. The reduction of weapon damage values will affect a lot.

So, if I lose 50% of my offensive stats and multiply the remaining by 4, that doesn't make up for it? Did you ever go to math class?

Not when you're talking about using pvp power enchants over AP enchants, when you're factoring in all the other changes that are happening. It's still too early to tell what will be BiS.

Casters can't use two non-PvP power enchants either, how exactly is that relevant? It is PvP power enchant versus non-PvP power enchant, regardless of class.

Because we were talking about how 22% pvp power affects the game. Only having one 22 pvp power enchant instead of two because it significantly reduces the value of pvp power for casters/healers.

And whoever wrote what you read about weapon damage for casters is as clueless as you.

In WoD actual weapon damage is even more minuscule than on live servers.

You were talking about differences without weapon enchants (and what influence that has on the value of PvP power).

Do you know what the word or means? Look it up and read the patch notes again.

Pvp power is bad in general at low levels because you can't get enough of if to outweigh the benefits from other stats. Because all the slots it's available for you have to trade an enchant of your main stat to get.

There's no point in discussing the issue further. You haven't proven that Glorious Tyranny is BiS.

I just pointed out that just about every fact and number you presented was wrong, and that you are generally clueless about WoD changes.
 
hope they fix the bloody dancing steel scaling
 
1) If you stack up with bloody dancing steel scrolls will they be removed in WOD?
2) Glorious Tyranny scrolls will be removed and it is still unsure whether it is bis or not.
3) Even though it may not be bis, it is a good weapon enchant that if people can obtain they should.
4) Glorious Tyranny is better for some classes (rogues for the open, priests for the non combat bubble, etc)

Personally I doubt the bloody scrolls will disappear, but i'm not sure. I see no reason for them not to still be obtainable. Not useful for high levels but still/
 
Bloody dancing steel & Spirit of conquest are staying, they're going to be sold by a enchanter npc in your garrison as a part of the enchanting transmog illusions. Will still require rating.

So in WOD you can transmog enchants? Also, do you believe if you buy the bloody dancing steel enchant in MOP and have it in your bags they'll stay or get removed?

Yes, they're adding "illusion" scrolls that'll make you able to transmog enchants(finally!), but will only work for lvl 100 and you need the enchanting building in your garrison. I believe the bloody/spirit of conquest scrolls will stay in your bags, but glorius tyranny will not. Which is why glorius tyranny is being discussed if it's BiS or not, cause you should get your glorius tyranny enchants now.

Tooltip has always showed 13 int.
I've asked the devs if it were intended and had them look into it. They've been aware of it for awhile, and mentioned it'd be fixed in 6.0
