Probably none of them @ 19. You'd have to get to a level where the % of damage increase is bigger than the benefit another weapon enchant can offer.

I didn't read the whole thread, so maybe someone mentioned this.
But currently on the PTR, while the enchant doesn't "show" any stat gained, there is a clear damage increase when you have the enchant equipped.
I tested this at level 10s, where it was about double the damage.

Scrolls are turning gray and you can't use them anymore.
The same thing happened with head enchants in cata to mop.
