I could loot various skull mobs, the latest i tried was a 68 elite from escape from durnhold... But yeah, for the character on the picture he is 89 so the mobs wouldnt be skull for him when downscaled to lvl 98.. Small chanse, ontop of a small chanse.
However, this probably goes for all BoE epics from Legion then?
So what we can try is kill many mobs in legion with some help and see if there are Any mobs in legion we can loot...
And if there are any...and there IS a big chanse we can loot some mobs in the broken isles which drop BoE epics,
The sad thing is however if they stay ilvl 740, people will mass report you and it will get fixed.
Damn... i wanna go test it but it's a drag!

He was probably 99. Legion zones do not scale below 98 last time I checked.

If 89s are the lowest you can loot these items, it's less likely it would be hotfixed. But it is still highly likely. Anyway, these items are pretty gamebreaking. This is basically bis items that are 3 expansions higher (in equivalent to wod mythic tier). I don't know if I'll have the time to farm this. And with my luck it would be fixed.

I took my 89 out yesterday (simply take a Mage portal to new dala and jump into the sea from the landing). What was interesting was the green drops had a lvl 98 requirement on them. The fact the epics don't have a lvl requirement makes me think it will be fixed, and getting those items will take a long time. You would be annoyed to spend so long farming to login and see them all useless.

If you look at his armory sadly it has been hotfixed, but since he already had them equipped he now has a GF'd 89.

It is fixed actually, if you notice the guys hp, its only 90k when it used to be like 160-180k. It was nerfed
