I feel like people aren't quite realizing just how early PTR this is. 7.3 is a loooooooooooong ass time away.

While I guess it can be fun to laugh at some of the very extreme unintentional changes on the PTR, thinking it's even a possibility that they're going live is just ignorant.

There's a lot of the items that have been boosted big time.

Naglering, Rammstein's Lightning Bolt, Force of Will (for tanks). Heart of Wyrm, Smolderweb's Eye, Crest of Retribution

Basically everything with a Chance on Hit, or Chance on being Attacked that causes damage. I think you can make a build that'll one hit kill everything that attacks you.

Archaedic Stone is getting default stats, if previous examples has shown anything it is that they will still have the suffixes in addition to the default stats, important to farm it!

Depending on server and from personal experience... anywhere from 10k-700k... just depends :O

All of the Uldaman gear (Revelosh Items, Ironaya Bracers, Cragfists and Archaedic Stone) will have around double the stats next patch, so for any twinks between 39 and 60, it's important to get them.
