Supposedly gives bonus secondary stat but it can give mastery apparently, don't know what that stat does for us at 19?
How does Mag'har Orc racial work?

Nothin. Mastery starts working at 78, I believe. The mag'har I have in the 20's hasn't "landed" on mastery out of a handful of tries so it's possible they cant until 78+... or if you get mastery it'll just be no good until 78+ - i'd guess the former.
edit- If you don't know at all, you get a random secondary buff for 15 seconds. Each attributed to one of the clans.

Pretty sure it doesn't grant mastery.
I play Mag'har on a few pre-78 characters, all of which, only have versatility/critical/haste RNG procs.
(Do note, elemental shamans benefit from mastery at level 29, and they still cant proc the mastery trait)
This race is by far the worst in the game IMO, and it is 100% not worth $25 to race change your 19. Wait until Zandi or something
