Haste Stacking EnhanceShammy?

Yeah, but you're not going to have the best uptime on classes without Frost Shock, so High Base damage seems to make the most amount of sense to me.

It's very likely that Dasha's build with Agi/Crit is going to be the most efficient for Enhancement Shamans. I doubt any one stat "cheese" will be better than a bulky agility set.

While i do agree completely with your assessment, proper ghost wolf usage keeps you at range for melee dmg, the problem is not to overcommit, since you're most utility than damage, going into the heart of the enemies isn't a good idea.

Regarding the Foreman's Gloves, do they only drop if killed by an agi user? Can anyone confirm that they've had them drop by a class not using agi?

No SS proof but Foreman's loot table does not revolve around what spec/class you are. Meaning you could get Foreman Leggings 5 times before you get Foreman Gloves.

Got gloves and pants on my warrior in one day. They drop regardless of class.
For some reason wowhead has information, simmilar to removed NPCs:
"The location of this NPC is unknown.
This NPC is not in game."
This is there since WOD prepatch, but Foreman is still at his place, though it worries me.

100+ kills, 0 blues...

My advice to you is dont count your kills, i've spent nearly 4 hours killing foremen and getting firstly the gloves and then the leggings on my warrior while watching movies etc etc. gl :)
