It was tonight that Blizz made it possible for invasion gear to be Warforged, so you can't base the droprate on all the gear you've farmed prior to tonight. I've gotten around 8 Warforged pieces (2 of them with bonus ilvl and stats) in 2 hours since the stealth patch. And I had recieved none before tonight

Well atm you can only do 2 invasions every 4 hour, and since an invasion only takes about 15 minutes, I am able to cycle through most of my twinks in a single proc. Might as well do that, since a single WF'd piece might be what you need to push you over the breakpoint.
