Getting to the Emerald Dream at LvL 20?

Just a quick post to ask if it's possible to get to the emerald dream as a lvl 20? I would like to do some world quests in that area.

I am a vet account so I have unlocked the area at lvl 70, which means the area was unlocked for all my toons, but its looking like thats not the case for toons below lvl 70. Was hoping someone would tell me otherwise, but its not looking so good TT-TT
 
Wooooooow, my whole reason for this post was to do the dragon racing WQs as it was a phat gold farm us locked accounts could do to buy dem tokens, but the SOBs at blizz just nerfed the WQs to give like 20% or less of the original gold that I was getting last week DX. Ugh I get why they did it (don't want a free way to get tokens) but man that's disappointing. My cheap ass didn't want to pay for TWW/Sub
 
You can make your own portal to the Emerald Dream by using Wyrmhole Generator: Dragon Isles
It is usable from lvl 10, if you learn Dragon Isles Engineering, and can be bought off the Auction House, or crafted if you raise you Engineering Skill to 50.
Choose the teleport option ''Close your eyes and snore loudly'' and you will end up at a random location in the Emerald Dream.

Should be doable. Each one costs 500g and can be bought from https://www.wowhead.com/npc=212903/thaelishar-groveheart Not entirely sure about the Owl one, because it depends on whether or not you can land a Hibernate on one. There might be a scaled down one or you might be able to land one on a 70 owl

You can also participate in the Superbloom event, which happens every hour at XX:00, for an achievement https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=19312/super-duper-bloom and some Supplies/Emerald Dewdrops

You guys are awesome! I hav more fun playing my vet account level 20 crew (at least one of each class) than I did on my last sub when DF was new. With all the tips like these it just keeps me playing unsubbed with lots to do.
 
100%, subbed retail wow is just too complicated for me at this point. It just sucks up so much time trying to improve at endgame content, but that ain't much of a problem at lvl 20 XD
