It would seem to me that although alliance has more twinks and continue to attract rerolls and faction changers that want to steamroll pugs with premades, horde has a bunch of twinks with high arena/rbg rating history on their main.

back in prepatch i looted prolly around 20 of them, got a proc trinket which is really bad and this one. Was looking for a battlemaster.

If possible I'd show off something closer to the i34 staff in power as most people don't have the i49 and won't be close to your original numbers. If you want to show what others can do instead of what a broken weapon can do.

Well, I have the ilvl34 staff and do the same amount of dmg ^^ around 1050 each spell, and I am about to xfer my char to vulpera

I have such a hard time not taking frostbite on my ftp mage. Albiet he is poorly (because of some intentional yet ultimately very bad gear choices). It is SO dang useful to be able to drop a blizzard ontop of people from 40 and land those snares. I don't think i could get up to those numbers anyway with what I am doing, but frostbite is a chefs kiss and i dont see anything changing my mind about it.
