Where is everyone for raid? I didn't fuck off my friday for nothing.

So the raid was cool, but late. Man I need to get a bit better at ret. Been playing spriest exclusively the past few days. Single target I was doing fine, but I had probably the best melee aoe dps spec in the game in my hands and just failed at it. And I kept dying due to half I moved around my keybinds for pvp/terrible reaction times and half to the god of wow sending some charges at me. I got the handle of it by kurrinaxx (went to like 1% and used my selfless healer just in time) but still needed work. I also kept hitting my fade keybind that I don't have on my paladin for some odd reason. But anyway I should be more serious. I really think we need galli to lighten the mood, because I'm not good at it. Great raid for what I could attend.

Awsome raid today guys we sorted a lot of stuff out, I cant thank you guys enough for your efforts today, firstly getting a full raid group together for an impromptu raid even though recent "organised" raids havent been so succesful is a major achievement, that has become something of a trend in <Fifty>s history.

Secondly pulling off the Kurinaxx kill and on only the second attempt was amazing, in addition not wiping once before this boss, considering we were dealing with 2-3 groups of adds in some situations.There is no doupt in my mind that we could have gotten Buru, Moam and Ayamis down as well, if we hadnt decided to continuously attempt Rajaxx with our best try being up to wave 6, 1 away form the boss but however we are still not ready to do the fight, we are currently considering bringing in 3 BiSed warriors instead of 2 to handle picking up the adds better. And as soon as we get this guy down we can realy start making some major progression and hopefully in the next month over the holidays we can return to MC and hopefully get more bosses downed than ever seen in <Fifty>s past.

Special shout outs to Goinhamboi and Oncilla our two tanks who made a great effort in todays raid. And also to the rest of the guys who helped make today so succesful. They had a tough job but enabled us to get up to Rajaxx in a time unseen so far in the history of <Fifty>.

Id like to welcome Neil back into <Fifty> for however long he intends to stay in the project for, and also welcome Bimpni to the raiding side of <Fifty>, also noticing today that his epic monk healing stoped more than one wipe in todays raid (your a boss man and you have an awsome transmog set).

I just quickly wanted to address the EU version of <Fifty>. Personaly I have no objections to the EU version of this raiding project, I agree that we benefit each other in these forums and that no real harm can be caused by there being an EU version. I do realise this is a mixed debate with a lot of current <Fifty> members opposing this project and they have some valid points, personaly and this is serious with no trolling intended I would like to see the EU project make their own gear guide, I believe that the choices Edwaaardo made in the gear and advised classes/specs are easily debateable and in a lot of cases are still being altered to fit recent discoveries with the viability of certain specs.

Lastly I want to make another call for new members to <Fifty>. Today proved that we have plenty of current members and we only need another 5-10 casuals to start MC again, so if you have ever thought of joining <Fifty> now is the time. Please ask either Edwaaardo or myself as to the viability of classes/spec as recent events have revealed that some of the most popular classes are semi unviable (thinking pallys although I still welcome people who wish to roll them just please ask myself or Edwaaardo before you start leveling), and yet classes that we decided were pointless in Cata are now viable (im thinking mages and warlocks that with the new weapon chain can reach 60% hit (we are still doing testing and we are not 100% sure yet please be aware of this when choosing your class/spec)).

Great job healers, that was my first time healing a raid, and I had so much fun! Healing was insane tonight, keep it up for the next raids!
 
I'm almost done with the guide sections, then I need to proofread and add the rest of the pvp chardevs. Then it's smooth sailing.
 
This is a message for Cinquante, I don't know if you read the forums, but where you been at?

Hey there! So I was thinking, when we had our last raid sunday, we couldn't down rajaxx due to wiping issues, the big reason for that was etheir the tanks were dieing waaaaay to fast which means our priests were focusing on raid heals, which means that adds were getting the raid! So I've come to a solution, we bring in another tank, this tank can pick up the adds that are stolen from the tanks while they are picking up the captain's/general's. Yay or Nay?

EDIT: This is basically Pallynessy's (Noah) idea.
 
I agree. Like three warrior tanks, two disco priests/mistweavers, one holy priest/resto druid/holy paladin with main tank beaconed raid healing, one resto shaman, two Hunters/Assassination rogues and one geared to the teeth shadow priest or another hunter would be perfect.

Also I finished the guide.
Like completely. Sat down for about four hours today and just went through it. That moonkin pvp build is pretty wrong though. It was the last one I did and I was too lazy to look up stat priorities, so I took the pvp resto build and switched some stuff. I don't even think it's hit capped. I'll fix it tomorrow.

Yea agree with that strat and the idea has been around for awhile, only problem is the fact that we do not have 3 bised tanks yet we have 2 (1 of who we are still gearing).
 
Haha thelse did you even read the second part? But yeah that boomkin build is so wrong. I stacked stupid amounts of haste. Tristan could you pm me the admin of the site thing so I can edit the guide at will. Also I made some changes to the very first post.
