bumping this old gem to see if the 59 PVP community would be willing to pick this up?
TL;DR from all the previous posts, Vanilla raids are available as of level 50, making it a REAL challenge to complete.
Concept would be the same to 59s, although somewhat easier than 50s.

Given the 59 community on WoW is so huge with all of its nightly wargames, figured id pass this idea along
I do not have a 59, but my 50 is always ready for raiding.

we are also a handful of active 50s on EU ready to raid and always recruiting. The 50-59 discord is originally a 50 twink discord and still has a lvl 50 twink section for anyone interested in reviving it. Both US and EU. Btw the discord was originally this guilds discord i.e. <FIFTY> on US realms.

I am sad I never got to see C'thun taken down at 50. I have no idea what the state of retail is now and I don't even know what the hell this would look like in 2020. Anyone who plays retail have any idea if this is even still possible in the game (and after Shadowlands)?

Ended up starting the <FIFTY> guild on Benediction due to the pop. Currently it's just a few of us leveling sporadically (I'm leveling multiple toons this time around). There's no xfers to Bene atm, hopefully that changes by the time we get raiding. I am in the process of hoarding relevant gear as well (Goggles, Edgemaster's, rares etc). No clue if we'll actually get the numbers to raid before Cata, and I probably won't be advertising much before I've got fresh guides for newbies, but the groundwork is underway now to hopefully raid in the not so far future. I'll start a new thread when it's time to really hit the ground running, but am posting here in case people are following the old thread and want to get a jumpstart.

If you plan to join us at any point, there are a few items that will be grandfathered in 2 weeks
https://www.wowhead.com/cata/quest=3625/enchanted-azsharite-fel-weaponry - the only way to get WotLK enchants on a weapon, and gets you 25 hit or a much better Lifesteal. Everyone should get this. Alliance gets the quest at 50, Horde at 49. Probably the BiS for tanks and maybe some casters. Not sure about DPS

Transfers to Benediction from Sulfuras and Eranikus are free right now - I've moved over everything I have to Benediction, so will have plenty of resources.
<FIFTY> is now established on Benediction with a guild bank and a few members, and we've started getting materials together to begin gearing folks. Once we have some guides together I'll start a fresh thread.
