really any US realm will work, im on stormrage and with how you can run old raids with those from different realms its okay, as long as you are on someones real friends ID its okay. was easier for me to roll on my own realm to use BOAs and since i have 2 accounts i was able to solo farm my own gear too

if you do roll on spinebreaker there is a guild and the gbank has items that may be of us to you.

I can make it every day this week but friday. However i don't get out of practice till 6PM so if it was scheduled for 7:30 that would be great. Or if there is room i could just join in late.
