Nop, we only had one for summons and occasional Banish's
 
I wouldn't make any caster, though you can reach crazy hit levels as shadow priest and elemental shaman, it still won't be high enough to hit a quality amount of times.

We didn't have a 50 warlock at all I think, only a 80+ one to help summon inside (IIRC).

I don't have a subscription at the moment, so I can't verify this myself - but have others checked out the hit chance and if the mechanics change really screwed over the possibility of this ever being complete-able?
 
The hit rate is awesome to be honest. We got first boss in aq20/10 to about 5% without big problems just wipped because one of us always screwed up in the end with silly mistakes as dust trap and forgetting to taunt etc. but definately doable, without much effort just some concentration and gear and tacts. Lvl 50 raiding seems more viable than ever.

Tanks also easily get 20k hp + now buffed, and guardian druid as I played, did decent dps around 400-500(boss fight) if i remember right, when wearing bonus armor gear as it gives AP.

So just go for it, revive 50s and progress even more, in my opinion at least. Although more footage experience could be needed.

EU or US? I'd love to give a 50 raid a shot again.
 
I want to raid @ 50 but on EU, I can make any class/spec combo, but I'm mostly interested in a dps class. Any recommendations?
 
I'm getting together my new gear. Will probably stack Stam again, and will be ready to raid soon. Still compiling the best stats.

Does anyone know how greatly enchants were affected? Not sure if I have to reenchant all my gear now.

Im not sure how stamina enchants were affected, but if its the same case as it was for my spell power enchants, you'll find yourself replacing some. Scaling on certain enchants has changed, so they are no longer the BiS ones as they once were in MoP.
 
Is 50 raiding still a thing? I rolled Cinquante @ Spinebreaker - Community - World of Warcraft on spinbreaker ally awhile ago, but obviously havent done proffs or acquired bis enchants. Is it worth? I remember doing 1 molten core run, and smashing the other geared hpallies in healing done. Idk fun times :D

You should definately get one of the new cloak enchants, "enchant cloak - gift of ... etc. ." a huge boost, get versatility for tanking I guess, also gives u a speed increase, and get enchants for rings and neck if not already, then for weapon I would go for the one that can proc bonus armor when below 50% health, it will be something around 50 extra armor i think, i dont remember the name of the enchant right now.

Great to hear! However, there aren't really any organized official 50 raiding going on, so just that you don't expect too much.
I wish we could do some, and I'm ready, just depends if enough people are interested to join us.
 
My web design skills have greatly picked up since I left this project, and I could much easier coordinate something. I also still have the domain http://fiftyraiding.com if we ever decide to get back together - I registered it for 3 years :)

I'm going to reenchant and gear for now. Please add me on RealID - Thirk#1334 - if you ALREADY have a GEARED 50 on US and would like to test some AQ10 sometime soon.
 
It looks like 50 Tanks have to farm Gurubashi now. Ironic.

Arena Vambraces is BiS by a wide margin as long as Bonus Armor is in it's current state and it remains unnerfed.

Crunching the math for Smoking Heart of the Mountain vs Sonic Booster, I think the booster is still BiS. Bummer, as I would have loved to make another classic item BiS.

However, the 2-piece from Imperial Plate is certainly BiS.

Doing the math, replace Belt and Shoulders (yes - this is better than BoA in that slot) and you get an extra effective 500 HP in full gear vs your normal belt and BoA shoulders. I'm sitting at 17.8k HP unbuffed, but I still need the Arena Vambraces which should knock me down a bit - but the extra armor is still certainly better.

So until the nerf for either these items or bonus armor, I'm calling Arena Vambraces and 2-Piece Imperial (Belt + Shoulders) BiS.
