Pandaren Treasure Noodle Cart Kit - Item - World of Warcraft. sells buff food that scales down to +18 of a useful stat at lvl 50.

Maybe before starting a raid, someone who has that on their 90 could summon it for the whole raid. Sad part is that theyre unique (5) :s

Don't forget about
Brilliant Wizard Oil - Item - World of Warcraft too! It's just rare to find an enchanter with the recipe because the recipe is grandfathered. It's even good for warriors and stuff for the crit boost, plus it last through death. Back in CATA I used these on my hunters 1hand weapons for an extra 30 crit!

Does anyone know if Dizzying Haze - Spell - World of Warcraft can miss? Also, Is Breath of Fire - Spell - World of Warcraft Spell hit or melee hit?

Not totally sure. I don't think dizzying haze misses. If it does it's melee hit. I have landed a few breath of fires, but I think it's spell hit. It does seem to land a bit more than other spells but whatever

Also guys I was just checking out the WoD changes for f2p thread and it says that misses will still happen for mobs 3+ levels higher than you, so I'm sorry but unless that changes 50 is kind of fucked.

but arent they removing hit? are they just being gay and having "mandatory" misses, or is hit staying on weapons or some stupid crap like SP stayed on

Even if they end up doing those lame changes, they are bringing back better PvP for Twinks(Skrimishes with honor rewards). So I'm sure we can figure something out until they reverse any bad changes.

they MAY be bringing it back for twinks. my money is on 100s only to give baddies a place to play, and pros a place to practice/tweak comps n such. i have no faith in blizz, so unless there was a new post explicitly saying it'll be available to all lvls, or until it hits live and works for all lvls, i wont believe it

Looks like they're gonna change pre-existing hit/expertise into other stats, probably the new ones but that would be really imbalanced considering there is no expertise cloth in the game as far as I am aware, but if they change it like item by item(which I seriously doubt they care that much about anything below endgame) instead of just expertise = multistrike or something like that it would be cool.

dont have to delete 50s ofc. if this chosen level proves to be impossible to clear all content tho, may wanna consider small level increases to find a balance of challengingfun:doable.

raid this saturday and as far as the hit rating goes, only time will tell, its important to remember that if something happens that makes the 50 project impossible, dont level out it may be remedied. also with pvp skirmishes it wont be a total loss.

50/50 for me raid this weekend also guys dont call it immediatly this time, start a different raid, like last night about 20 mintutes after we called it with 12 people 2 more came online, coulda been a solid raid guys.
